Toddy Chapman was first licensed in real estate in 1990 and got her start as an agent working in a family-owned office before seeking other opportunities. When she learned that the world's number one real estate agent needed a new assistant, she decided to learn from the best. To this day, Toddy brings that level of experience, knowledge, attention to detail, and excellence to her business.

She puts people before profits. She displays leadership; she served on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, volunteered at the East San Gabriel Valley Coalition for the Homeless, and served as a board member there as well. Being of service is one of her core values.

She loves road trips and adventures. She relishes life: from a shark dive experience with great white sharks to online comedy classes, she continues to grow and thrive. That same level of passion is present whether she is selling your home or finding you the perfect new one.
